Our new dry ageing room is something else, where we can ensure the best tasting aged meat around, taking ancient traditions to the next level.
No expense has been spared with The Herdsman's Kitchen, the Team has a passion for creating a food with a lasting memory, and believes that the kitchen is the engine room of any great establishment.
